River Oaks

Development of a 147-acre former citrus farm in Sebastian, Florida, into a residential community featuring 356 individual single-family homes. Of these, 212 courtyard lots will be designated as rental homes. The community will include over three miles of scenic walking trails, winding through areas of cypress trees and mature oaks. Planned amenities include a resort-style pool, clubhouse, dog park, and community garden.
